What happened: My account got suspended after a seller that dispute the trade that I have trade with him, as soon as I know the problem, I was calling my bank to verify them and it was rebilled correctly. The seller has also stated and notify paxful that he has received the money back, he was telling them to unlock my account but then they suspended it and holding all my funds remaining on the account which is 0.15 Bitcoins . I was contacted them so many times but they keep ignoring me, I have told them to talk with me on phone or chat support but they refused. Everytime they reply it's all same about "

But if I have chargeback and I was not solving the problem then I would take anything that in their Term but the seller said they have received it but they still suspended and holding my funds. This is unreasonable
