A lot of people jumped on but never touched the whole Pokemon craze and talked about a coin that could be more closely matched to the game concept.  There was talk of a coin that required a location based reward pickup.  The whole time i kept thinking the the system is built right into Bitcoin itself and therefore built into any clone/fork.  It is not a reward base that can be scripted without hard forking, but transaction can be scripted into the chain that would require location to complete.

The easiest way would be a new wallet that responds and supplies the endpoint script, rather than trying to script the coordinate system into the transaction.  The scripted TX would simply ask for a script the match x=y parameters and those parameters are only provided by the specialized wallet at LONG/LAT=whatever.  The power is in the system to play all manner of games using scripting.  Too much of this would leave many unfinished TX's, but there is so much traffic already there that it would not be a problem.  People forget that the wallets with most coins are just QT'd clones and that the wallet itself is a frontend for some very simple bash/command based commands.  Many new coders could start with making a simple wallet for themselves after installing and syncing the bitcoin core.  It would be a little different way of handling things, not a database bearing system, but one that simply displays the wallet address, sends a TX when asked to and polls the address for a balance on a regular basis, displaying the current balance.
