If you want to buy games directly for bitcoin you can always use  these sites:

https://steambitshop.com/

or

http://steamgamesbtc.com/index.php?page=cats&id=1

Both sits seems legit as I bough some stuff from them in the past.

I've been tempted to buy some games with my Bitcoins, but I always end up not doing so, because I cant fully trust anything that isn't steam. How can I know im not getting a stolen/botched cdkey?

because g2a use a shield that proctet the customrs, hell even without it for tiny game you get a legit key, i've used it plenty of time and not even once the key was not working

Simple workaround :

Get a Bitcoin debitcard. I use e-coin. https://www.e-coin.io/

Load it up with a little BTC, then use the card directly or register a Paypal account with it.

All legal, and super handy.

Great solution indeed. I will keep it for me too.

So it is this easy to get you paying in paypal through bitcoin?

Sorry, but that is just stupid. That's like saying: "How do I know my shoe retailer doesn't send me fake Nike shoes?"
There are rating systems on most sites and g2a even offers an insurance for some extra costs.

There isn't as far as I know , two years ago someone started a topic about it on the forums and linked here : http://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/the_ability_to_purchase_games_via_bitcoin and got some decent comments and upvotes but that didn't help much even the topic is active till now .
If you want to buy games using BTC then you can use g2a as the user above suggested or Kinguin.
