You also might have forgotten that your PayPal funds are extremely reversible. It is a high risk payment method. You can charge back anytime up to 180 days in the future. You have no trust and trade history on this forum which makes you a high risk trader.
I suggest this transaction be completed with escrow mediation only. No exceptions.
