As usual with most of these "services": you put money there, then no way to use their fake service nor to get back your money.
I sent money there, I created a virtual card then I tried it : refused EVERYWHERE.
So I tried to put my money back to my payeer account : REFUSED, even Payeer refuse their own virtual debit card !
And support tell me I cannot be refunded (in opposition with their terms and conditions).
So basically they stole my money... Russian mafia shit.
