I don't think anybody will follow such a link... They're commonly used to distribute malware/spyware/... Better put your survey on a real survey website, or on google docs, you'll have a much better chance of getting answers.
Such a small amount for a survey.. better to increase the payment for survey.. because survey is paying 10 to 25 usd per survey..
