Well shipping cost is defferent for every country and it depends on the country from where the product come from. I think shipping fee probably will be higher for the product because shipping fee is not charged for the product. If the charges for the shipping and transferring together then which really costs more money.

Shipping fee for a apple Iphone and for a 4$ book is same in some countries.

The shipping is going to be more then the book it is obvious. A minimum is needed oor shipping or the Costs will not be covered.

Yeah it would be more expensive if the buyer wanna get the product as soon as possible, which he must add the cost for quicker delivery service.

Well it happens sometimes when the item provider has to ship it to a long distance. Off course by 2 months time frame you can assume how much the distance is to be covered to ship the product. The charges for that much distance may exceed the value of item.
