I'll pay you $2000 worth of Bitcoin or Monero if you fix a bug in open-source C++ project on GitHub.

Project is not very advanced and any good programmer should be able to do it.
You have to do some testing to find the actual bug and make a PR to fix it.

I will pay half in advance if you tell me what exactly causes the issue, and rest after you make a PR and fix it.

PM me for details.

Hello

Pm me your contact info It might be a simple thing and not cost a penny

"not cost a penny"
Is that the value you give your privacy?

I wouldn't PM my contact info for some random person in the internet.

You are not willing to share the most basic information about your project, which is directly necessary for this service to take place.

On the other hand, you are demanding personal information, which is not directly necessary for this service.
You can post your open source project here, and if some developer think it is worth the trouble, he can share with you his personal information if he wants.

Asking personal information when it is not relevant is invasive, making this service looks untrustworthy and potentially dangerous.
I understand what you’re trying to say, I just wanted to help OP as he doesnt even know where the bug is located, locating the bug is the first process of a fix, and quoting OP that the project isnt “advanced” then it could be cost efficient to him to save such amount hes willing to offer, plus I didnt ask him for his address regarding the terms of privacy, I asked to set up a smart connection to discuss the issue furtherly instead of the tl:dr conclusions posted,

I can't send you PM because you are newbie member in forum and you also can't send PM's to many members, but I have developer friend who check out the code for you and try to find and fix any bugs.
You can post the link for your project or add some other way for communication with him, maybe telegram, discord or email address.

Hire Bitcointalk Camp. Manager @ r7promotions.com
PM me for details.
Since the project is open source there are no need for PM I believe also as the above poster suggested, escrow the payment to some trusted user who understand how coding works then you may find a lot of users who will be interested in your proposal.

Hello, can I give you a few suggestions?

First, as your project is open source, don't you mind sharing it here?

As you are a newbie account with 1 post, I would suggest using a escrow, if you don't mind. You can see a list of escrow users here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.24991775

The more details you give in your topic, more credibility you will have.

There are too many scammers in this forum, and veteran users (the ones who can help  you) are very careful.
