Due to congested network even a paid service would not be able to accelerate your transaction, having said that 10sat/byte is really low not to mention if it has a weight more than 2000 you can't do anything about it just wait for the mempool to drop your transaction.

I don't know if weight have anything to do with the transaction, however my intuition tells me that it affects a lot if the weight is too much miners are opting not to include such transaction.

If I were you O.P I will not try to do anything with my transaction, I will just wait for the mempool to drop it. don't try to rebroadcast your transaction everyday it will be stuck in a limbo.

If you're willing to pay that much you might aswell use a paid accelerator, saving you from a lot of hassle when dealing with con artists ( since i presume you go first/escrow the funds?).
