lol, ebay founded paypal and of course they accept paypal payment. Problem is that he needs ebay feedback and he can't do this alone. For this he needs different accounts to gain feedback and popularity. Such way isn't right to my mind but it's ok for beginners.

If you will agree on sending the payment first through btc I can make the purchase using my ebay and paypal account. It doesn't matter if the ebay is brand new right? or do hou need old users for the feedbacks? technically it's already an old account but i have not used it once for purchasing. I 'm a lurker in ebay.

Yeah they do accept paypal, however buying positive feedback on such site is concerning. Why not just earn the feedbacks on a legitimate way?
