You can also do this using RPC commands to a bitcoind instance.

which bitcoin wallet are you using. it depends but usually its is under custom section of the wallet, or you can add recepiants simply by clicking the add button

You need to construct a transaction with one output for each destination address.

You can configure a custom transaction using certain wallets like Electrum for example. When sending your transaction you can define multiple addresses you want to send coins to and define the respective amount of BTC!
