Alright lads thanks for help! ViaBTC mined a block and the transaction confirmed. Locking the thread now.
ViaBTC works flawlessly. It will take around 12-24 hours normally since they do not have that much hash. Personally i have never had problem with them at all.
I used the accelerator tool ~2 hours ago, and I really do hope it works.
Based on my experience that tool is working but we need to wait until they got another block.

I already used ViaBTC accelerator, but thanks anyway. I always send with a 200sat/byte fee atleast myself, just unfortunate that I got sent to with this small of a fee. Hey! I was sent 1.5btc by a client of mine, but it was sent from many addresses, which increased the transaction size, making the transaction fee small.
