I think they were not trying to steal *.dat file but perhaps to use remote desktop and send coins I dunno, I wasn't investigating this too much - seems like a waste of time and they aren't hackers - just noobs - so investigations were not really interesting for me - I just wanted to spot that bastards

With bitcoin I doubt one can get more than the BTC address the coins would have gone to. But that address might still be interesting.

Hmm I am not even sure what the attacker could have gotten. Probably only the encrypted wallet file. Nor sure what good that is as long as used password is reasonable strong.

Did he pay upfront for the wallet testing? in which case it was him who got scammed because any one who tested this would have done this in a virtual environment or a computer with no delicate data.

Wow, Im sending wholle source in .rar you can extract it by yourself it doesnt matter.
I do not know any keylloger or virus.
By the way if you had a good antivirus you could get no attacked by hackers, but obviously none of you do cause your arguiining with the virus thing.
Simple if you are afraid install antivirus and it will catch the threat.
