I am pretty sure that cloning websites is a pretty scammy thing to do. Hey OP, if you don't mind answering, may I ask for an example of websites that you want to clone because there are a lot of scam websites that are operating like this and most of the time they are cloning legitimate websites or other busted scam websites.

There are many reasons why someone would need to clone the site. It doesn't necessarily have to be for scam purpose.
For example, I've done this many times for clients who have lost access to their hosting, and the site was still active. Companies sometimes lose contact with original developers or administrators (for whatever reason), lose passwords for administration, lose backup archives... and countless other cases I've encountered. I even recreated designs and contents just based on the cache from search engines.
@MAAManda, If it is not a plain HTML/CSS website, none of these online services will be of much help. Most modern web sites use a lot of dynamically-generated javascript content, and such content is difficult to clone without specialized and well-tuned scripts.
I can pay up to $100-$200 per site , I am looking for someone who can clone sites for me and create it in a form i want and do what i request. It will be a easy job if you know how to make a duplicate site and change up some settings.

I'm assuming based on this that this is a service for cloning static sites?
I would assume the OP is quite illiterate as to what it even means and just wants to make a quick scam with a clone of some... uhm... mixer site or something.
But technically you can scrape assets from a dynamic site too, not much of a difference except maybe more possible content.
It's easier for static sites with just HTML/CSS/JavaScript than sites that have a PHP and MySQL or other database backend behind them, such as Wordpress sites, because you somehow need to breach the server hosting it and extract all of those assets.
