Of course it is allowed to pay for every post that you're posting in every thread in this forum since it is one of the ways here to earn BTC unless you are wearing signature campaign then you'll gonna get paid in every post that you do. I think no one will do bitcoin anymore in this forum if no ones will not gonna get paid for every post that they do, right? So, it's obvious that most of the people here in this forum is being paid by everything they do here. There's lot of ways here to earn bitcoins like trading, investing, and gambling(which is not recommended).

Some users complain about the drastic effect that banning signature campaigns will have - This is even worse. Literally no one will use the site if they had to pay. This site was meant to be like stackexchange, where users needing help would get good quality help from experts.

It's a far sexier idea to charge people to post in threads. I wonder whether the quality of discourse would rise or it would be filled with ads.
There would practically be no one on this forum except for the people that got to post for free. People here enjoy posting on the forum, but they don't enjoy it enough to pay for it. They could just change to another forum.

thin line between love and hate
if people know users are incentivised to post in your thread, how do you think they would treat your info?
charge for bad posts, pay for constructive is a brilliant idea Smiley
users pool money to participate and OP decides how good the post was(no need to thank me for the idea,jk)

paying/giving incentive to post in threads
IF we are joined in Signature/Avatar campaign, we won't get paid if we are posting in some threads which doesn't give/bring any benefit for promote their site, example: in Off Topic and Games and Round section

Off-Topic seems to be self-explanatory, but could someone explain to me why the Games and Rounds section is so much hated by the campaign managers and their benefactors? I see it mentioned in virtually every signature campaign run here as being excluded from post counts. Is it very different from, say, the Gambling section, its parent board? I never posted there myself, and I pretty much don't know the reason(s) for such discrimination...

So, what's the catch really?
Because in Games and Rounds some users would make majority of posts. And these posts are low quality, because in games and rounds users posting mainly predictions and similar stuff.

Yeah, and if you accept payment to post positively about something that turns out to be a scam, you'll get your account trashed with red trust.
Manipulation of public perception of your project/scheme/whatever by buying false feedback is a standard scammer tactic and completely different to signature campaign payments.

It's allowed, however not encouraged. Any person on the forum could simply without even carrying post gibberish, just to get paid. Look for certain people who either show interest or post well to post in your thread.

Yes this is allowed. You could definitely go up to someone on this forum and ask them to post on your topic if you are desperate. Signature campaigns kind of already do that. And they are still aren't they?

It's a very thin 'line'. As the user above me has pointed out, it is technically allowed but may very well backfire easily. Just please make sure that:
1) Those people aren't posting just for the sake of being paid, which will result in most posts being useless/nonconstructive.
2) Use self-moderated threads if you're creating threads and moderate it semi-strictly (filter out bad responses).
3) Make sure you and those posters follow the full list of rules found here.
Otherwise you may end up incentivizing spam.

Sure? That's pretty much the idea of a signature campaign.
There's a difference. With a signature campaign you are being incentivized to post on the forum, not in a particular thread.

Sure? That's pretty much the idea of a signature campaign. Are you asking about being paid to post over and over again in the same thread though? If it's constructive it doesn't matter but if it's just spam-bumping a thread that'll get reported fast!
