Great seller!!! Sold my last 16.78 BTC to him for $302.04 via Dwolla. He sent payment immediately once the transaction reached the 9th confirmation.

Thanks!!! Will do business again (assuming I can even get 20 more coins at this difficulty :/)

BTCrow.com
Hi, I'm the founder and owner of the Bitcoin Escrow BTCrow.com.
First thanks for using and trusting our service. Just want to make things clear here.

Our Escrow service provide 2 solutions for protecting both party into a transaction.
1) Similar to ClearCoin (if there's a dispute funds goes directly to Bitcoin Faucet)
2) Resolution Center (if you choose this option you will be able to use the resolution center to resolve your problem)

I strongly suggest to go on BTCrow.com and click on the "how BTCrow.com works" link to have more informations about transactions and process.

There's also the official thread here: http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=21544.0

I know this didn't apply here, but I'm currently working on a reshipping service in order to have more security for both side.

If you have questions feel free to post it into the official thread or reach me be email or PM ([email protected])

Thanks
Jules

If you use an escrow that releases funds based on irreversible payment proof in the BTC network (verified by blockexplorer)
there is no risk of dispute or chargeback, so I'm confident he will accept this solution.

Also there is no personal risk to him because the escrow will not release his funds if blockexplorer fails to show any transaction to his specified BTC address.

Likewise, he can't scam me if blockexplorer indeed does show a 5 BTC credit to his account, since that's enough evidence for the escrow that the transaction in fact took place & the funds he deposited will be released even if he wants to make a fraudulent dispute.

"I won't send first because I've been scammed before" is a very common scammer pattern.  Same goes for "paying way above market because I don't want to use the exchanges".

I want to buy 20 BTC and I need the money fast, and as such I will pay TOP DOLLAR for it at $18 apiece.

I will pay by PayPal (preferrably not), Dwolla, or USPS money order
EDIT: I will also do Western Union wire and MoneyPak (this will be my first time using either of these services)

Also note that I will not go first!
I underwent trust issues with my first transaction and ended up being scammed $400. That is why. If you are not willing to go first do not contact me.

If you don't have 20 BTC (i.e. if you only have 15) that is ok, I can just get 5 BTC separately from someone else, but I am requiring the minimum sale to be 10 BTC (so that way I don't have to do 10 transactions each 2 BTC)

PM me if you are interested!
You cant go 1st ,cause there's no1 go 2nd  Grin

I'll sell you 5 first, perhaps more later if the trade goes o.k.

BTCrow is the best option at http://www.btcrow.com/

Simple trade which is safe for both parties without risk of scam:
Quote
BTCrow protects sellers by holding buyer's funds and waiting for network confirmation that the bitcoins have been transfered.

You only have to release funds when blockexplorer confirms the 5 BTC arrived to your address you specify on the site, so you have zero risk me not sending you anything (or if I didn't, the funds would be simply returned to you)

I also can't be scammed because after the transfer shows in blockexplorer, it can no longer be disputed.
It's a win-win, post here or send PM if you're interested.

You can also propose any other reliable escrow service you are familiar with, or a forum admin/Morpheus.
Nobody will trust new members in a blind trade so I think the terms above are more than fair & 100% safe to you as a buyer.

Sounds shady.  If you've already got money in Dwolla, why don't you just buy from one of the exchanges?
