Pretty good rate i think and minimum payout is low.
The site have low content, the interface simple but pretty catch eyes but it's need to improve, for example i can't find FAQ page, well maybe you have explain here, but using FAQ page is quite mandatory, to make easy-understanding, and for future improvement, you can add any Q&A from any user to FAQ content.

This is why i have suggested you to have other top level domain OP before too. I have seen several sites with .xyz domain struggling to get indexed on search engine also. .xyz domain cost around 1$ only, many users will just think that you are trying to minimize the starting cost and they may think you will not be able to payout to your members.
