ok, at the moment for the famous exchanges not possible:
Binance NO (no usa)
Kraken NO (no usa cards)
Blockchain NO (usa cards allowed but not prepaids non 3d secure)

Crypto? It seem talks about confirming payment with Passcode or 3D Secure?

Does anyone who has bought in Crypto or Coinlist can confirm if he could buy with USA card without 3D Secure Code or extra codes?

This are only payment for those who stay in the United States, although binance is on the list and they are one of the largest exchanges out there, but so many people know don't see them as a smooth exchanges to use, funding a binance account is so inefficient these day with the decline of transaction being a complication using the exchange, this is not me taking a stone at the exchange gaint but with large customers, funding of their account should be less clogged up as it is now, I think coinbase is better than binance at funding an account.

Yes, they have holding period esp. when using card to buys, they said it only within 3 days but there are reports and complains that it takes 7 days or so.

Is required video verification or selfie?
Yes, I guess both on their gold verification which give you higher benefits and higher amount to buy and etc, while their silver verificaiton only requires basic info.

No unless you are using a strong vpn service Binance put a ban on users based in the United States. If you're not based in the States you can buy crypto from binance. All you have to do is verify your account with a valid id card only

Considering that you are not getting the responses you expected, you might want to try asking the exchanges themselves. Most of these platforms have various ways to contact them.

Binance offers support via Telegram. That would probably be the quickest way to get in touch with one of their admins who could help you. Just be careful not to run into a scammer and don't share your private details with anyone. They can even offer multilingual support. As i said, i already have a prepaid card loaded with high fees... and i am not looking for other payment methods..

I'm just asking, if someone is so kind to inform if made a purchase at some Exchange from those previously cited with a card NON 3d secure code or verified by Visa/Mastercard (it is a card that finishes the purchase immediately in an Exchange just after writing the 3 back codes of your card) THEN TELL ME WHAT EXCHANGE WAS POSSIBLE.
If someone could make a purchase, it means that this Exchange does not require aditional verification codes and so my card will work..

VBV stands for Verified By Visa, CC is Credit Card

VBV is an additional security layer added by Visa for online purchases using the credit card, This avoids fraud as the user of the card has to go through an authentication process to confirm their Identity before a purchase is made.

If you are eu resident or you registered it in US bank voluntarily is possible you can not buy nothing in exchanges or other shops who require 3D.. AND if the exchange REQUIRE Verified visa or 3D secure code you will not be enabled to buy with your card if you are not EU or you not registered voluntarily with your bank (there are cards issuers are not banks and can not offer this option..)
Why do you think that Kraken allows buy with cards for EU users and however KRAKEN does not accept payment with card for US users?

I not asked about buy without kyc, you still not understand my question, i already have a non vbv or non 3d secure code prepaid card, is not possible register it with bank because my card is not from a bank. A exchange not allowed me buy crypto due they required 3d code (adidiontal sms verification)

Are you looking for exchanges that can buy BTC/crypto using VCC Visa/Mastercard without KYC?

If that's the case then you won't be able to buy BTC/Crypto on that exchanges VCC is not allowed or even it's allowed it requires verification before you are able to buy BTC and withdraw/transfer them from your account to other wallets.

I suggest you try P2p exchanges maybe there are some users out there that accept VCC.

Usually this depends on the network used by the bank and not the exchanges.
Banks are asking for this validation, in some cases, when it is a new purchase in a new store used by the customer.

Can you rephrase this? It's hard to tell whether you're asking or telling people that the exchanges listed below need 3D secure verification or not. But regardless of what it is, I think 3D secure is the norm nowadays, even if you're not using crypto, your bank probably asks you to activate it.

vbv cc is what the exchange to require a aditional card verification, you need hire with your bank to receive sms or emails to confirm payments. My current prepaid have not it and already paid high fees for now look for other ccs..
