I'm looking for a credit card processor that pays out in Bitcoins rather then wire transfers.

BitPay has done that for a long time. Coinbase does it. So do probably all the others.

Or do you mean a payment processor that accepts dollar payments and gives the merchant Bitcoins? There's a problem with that, since the payment processors is now exposed to chargeback risk.

That would be unlikely because of chargebacks.

There is no reason it couldn't be done with a funds buffer period, just like credit card processors do now to cover chargebacks.

Has anyone tried OkPay? I heard they give you a mastercard so its instant cashouts?
