Next time you should review your balance to make sure you don't create a dusty output.
I'm not sure if there's such an option on blockchain.info, but some wallets have a MAX option which will send all your funds, fee included. You will avoid this problem easily if you use that feature.

Most wallets take the 31 bits and add them as fee, what wallet did you use? Did you configure the tx manually? Because bitcoin core will add the fee or multibit.
OP is using blockchain.info as a wallet. Only when custom send is used, the user can configure the fee. If not, the default fee is 0.0001bitcoin/kb and the remaining btc will be sent back to the wallet as change.

Youre right on that but i dont agree on the change thing, blockchain used to use the dust change to add it on the miners fee so i think op use the custom send and he manually put the .0001 fee

yes block chain wallet.

after complete the steps given   shows  message 64: dust
and now

https://blockchain.info/tx/00aa57b544b125f877103cb22d3b2f04fbc10e81dec967a92ebab164d7a73d94

Estimated Confirmation Time   Within 6 Blocks (Medium Priority)  Confirmation warning (this tx has a small output and is none standard)

Which steps exactly? Did you create the same TX again with coinb.in?

The change for 31 satoshi is considered dust and makes it very unlikely that you get your TX confirmed.

Blockchain.info will stop broadcasting the transaction after 3 days. The easiest thing you can do is wait these 3 days.

Even though you sent your transaction with normal fee, the main problem is that one of your output is 31 satoshis. This is considered a spam output by Bitcoin reference client and most of them will simply not relay it to the miners. Since most clients aren't accepting your transaction, you can make a double spend transaction and increase the fee by an additional 31 satoshis, making sure that there are no spam outputs. Go to https://coinb.in, create a transaction by going to new>transaction. Key in the output, the remaining that is unspent would be the transaction fee. Then go to verify, verify the transaction by importing the raw transaction and ensure that there are no spam outputs and the transaction fee is correct. Next, go to sign and add your private key by exporting it from your account then add the raw transaction into the bigger box. Broadcast it to the network by copying the information and pasting it to https://coinb.in/#broadcast.

I would suggest you keep the private key where it is for now.

What wallet/service are you using myabc88?

"blockchain wallet" sounds like blockchain.info, if that is correct you will be able to create another transaction after a few days.
