Minimum transfer for Payoneer to Payoneer is $50 and you can load any amount without a minimum so that is how you ended up with $45 Grin

As far as I know, the minimum amount is $50 which can be transacted between two users. Do they change their policy recently?

If you can accept BTC then I may be interested and regarding the escrow you have to pay the fee.
