Most pools have you make an account where the earnings go.  You can send to a BTC address at a later point once it builds up a bit, or have the pool send automatically once earnings reaches a certain level.  You don't want to set the threshold too small, though - you will burn up all your profits in transaction fees.

Thank you for your answer !

But my question was more related to the payout.

I don't understand where is the link between the antminer mining and a BTC wallet where the payout should go.

I will choose a pool, but then what ?

You pool of choice will have very clear directions. Maybe you should stop and before going any further do some research.

Hi there! Welcome to the Antminer club.

Once your S9 is plugged in and up and running, you need to find it's IP address. Typically you can login to your modem to find what IP was assigned to the machine. Most modems/routers work using a DHCP lease so it will be an ip that looks like 192.168.x.x   -- Every modem is different so I can't really guide you on accessing it. Once you're in however, you will be able to see what IPs belong to which devices.

Open a browser and navigate to the IP you found that is attached to your antminer. You will be asked for a UN/PW. The default login is with "root" as the UN and PW.

Go to the miner configuration tab, and you will see some items. Plugin your pool URL, the name given to your worker BY the pool (something like youraccountname.minername), and then a password if needed.

You will then be able to track your mining on the pool. Hope this helps!

Hello,

And sorry in advance for a probably stupid question :

I have an antminer S9 just plugged and working, but how does the installation knows how to pay/reward you ?

I did not see any field where to put a BTC address, so I am confused...

Many thanks.
