So you topped up a PayPal with credit you don't plan on paying back, so credit will reverse the charges and PayPal will reverse them back, so IF this was legit, it's not legit, I think your a good example of people who should learn to walk before they run. This isn't darknet but with your trust being bright red I think the only fish you will catch will be someone that just doesn't "get it"
