I have few 1 year old working EU paypal accounts with little Negative Balances

many transactions (send/received) already done
Negative Balance now = - 39,20 EUR
these accounts ready for accept up to 1000 EUR/USD+ amount in each account and I can able to cashout paypal funds and can pay back you 40% what received in paypal account
