Unfortunately, paypal has a chargeback option thus most people in here will likely not accept a payment from it. If you want you can go to virwox and local bitcoins, you can use paypal to pay for a biycoin trade in there. Goodluck!

You won't have much luck finding any by using paypal as it's realy easy to scam people through it, as paypal doesn't support btc and can easily chargeback and in some cases even ban you.
I will go first if you are interested to buy btc for USD through paypal. I have some balance in my paypal. Want to buy directly. Or tell me any exchange where I may buy btc by fiat. My country is not allowed in coinbase

ps. paypal isn't a good option here because you could charge back the money after buying btc from somebody. its not secure for the seller.
