Your paypal account useless if it doesn't have any money on it.
Coins.ph is basically an exchange wallet which is also useless without any bitcoins in it so both are not considered as valid collateral because they don't worth anything.
Facebook account on the other hand can be easily retrieved so again not valid.
You can try, btcjam, loanbase, btcpop.co, bitbond, maybe try getline.in also.

I see, thanks again for the answers! I already tried those sites that you mentioned:

1. BTCJam --- Already submitted my requirements, its been a week and to no avail still on waiting (pending verification) status, is the site still legit or working?

2. Loanbase --- Already submitted my requirements but the country I lived in is automatically rejected. =((

3. BTCpop.co --- I'm submitting all my requirements as of this writing.

4. BitBond --- Already submitted my requirements, however, they can't contact my employer (boss) as they usually call my employer at night in which my boss is already sleeping. In short, got rejected even though my credentials are legit. =((

5. Getline.in --- Is this also a legit website? I've read a post or thread within this Forum regarding the website.

Do you have any other idea about BitCoin website that offers loan or lending just like the sites that you mentioned?

base on my experience in btcjam you can submit requirements anytime but they will not review it unless you started to request a loan so after submitting documents just get a loan and they will review your documents

Hi guys! Good day to all of you! First of all, I'm new to this site. Do I have to introduce myself?  Cheesy So please don't be harsh on me.

Anyways, my question would be, do lenders here accept Paypal / Coins.ph and even FB account as a collateral? Including ID's, Proof of Billing and Payslip of course. Given that the borrower is a newbie?

Thanks to those who will answer.
If you have a US paypal that is verified and no longer has the 21 days hold you can just sell it here for around $50 - $60, I have seen quite a few people selling them and people buying them and on BHW you can even get around $150, I sold a few there.

A Paypal account is strictly personal, giving it away is not allowed by Paypal. As collateral it has no use, as it has no resale value. It can only be used for illegal activities like money laundering. You do not want to risk that, do you?

OP if you have money in your paypal there are some services over the net where you can buy bitcoins using paypal the fees are very high sometimes but maybe your requested loan is so low that you can consider to use this option.

I see then. I was just thinking if there are some other legit lenders who will accept such kind of collateral's. Unfortunately, I applied to BitBond but got rejected and obviously they won't tell what is the reason for me being rejected. Hoping BTCJam will approve me.
hi you can try btcpop.co also

most doesn't because they are not considered as valid[1] collateral. most of the users who accepts ID does it to steal your informations[2] for nefarious purposes.
