I'm not sure if this is legit or not but I got an email this morning on an email I used to sign up for PayPal, that now has negative balance ($-330). I'm lucky it's not the one with negative 3,000 lol. Anyway it's because some guy decided to scam me & chargeback a while back so I was screwed, and this is what the email says;
