Why did Paypal froze the account?
I've been hearing about these here and there, now I'm going to check it out.

Have me with the details of the system has not yet but my first impression is promising and the PayPal account lockout is probably the best evidence that we may like Bitcoinern ;-)
You can register itself , but the use is as far as I know not yet open.
