Virvox is no option because even verified you cannot exchange 300-500$ straight.
You can do it at localbitcoins straight but you pay at least the virvox-fees(25-30%).
If you would offer Euro instead and reside in EU I could exchange it, but it lasts also ~3days and needs a full verification.
Straight i can only exchange up to 10$ with a fee of 25%

I'm new to btc world as well, but even this forum warns their member to avoid paypal transaction. So... maybe you'll find it quite difficult? why don't you just monetize your paypal balance then use it to buy btc?
Op has mentioned the reasons. Please read properly before asking questions.

I'm aware of that, kindly correct me if I catch it wrong, but the op prefer to offer the exchange here instead of using the direct method because s/he didn't want to wait, right? Err... One day has passed since the post.. One more day to go via direct method.

There are 2 other options besides trading here on the forum.

You can exchange Paypal for BTC through Virwox.
Here's a guide:

Or you can find someone through either Localbitcoins or Paxful.
He is right! But I have to say you need a few days to get verified by Virwox before you are able to trade.

I know I can do it myself, but it will take paypal 2-3 days to get the money to my account and it will take coinbase 4-5 days to get it to my BTC wallet.

You'd better do it like that and wait, then. A week is a decent amount of time to wait for bitcoins if you really want it. Plus, this:

Paypal is highly reversible and people run away from it!

I am afraid you will have to change a payment method mate. Nobody here will sell you this amount of bitcoins for $200+ especially since you are a new person here with no trust.

I am looking to transfer some paypal to BTC to play with.  I will only do this with a trusted person.  I will send first.  I know I can do it myself, but it will take paypal 2-3 days to get the money to my account and it will take coinbase 4-5 days to get it to my BTC wallet.  If there is any one out there.  I am looking for between $200 & $ 500.
