No clawback policy. That's laughable. This whole attempt is laughable. Escrow is useless with PP transactions because you can chargeback afterwards. If you'd read any threads here you'd know that.
Based on my policy terms PP in MY VIEW will not reverse the charge.
For their own protection sellers are invited to take a screenshot of these terms as evidence to support their position.

It's still a risk for the other party to accept paypal payment specially from a newbie member with no trust yet plus most exchangers here that are trusted usually do a 10% off for their paypal. ie $1,000 paypal = $900 worth of BTC

Paypal is a shit company that will reverse the payment easily. A "no clawback policy" is useless, as why should we trust you? Moreover, you want a 1:1 exchange rate? That is way below the average standard here.
