If you are talking about someone doing a chargeback on a Bitcoin sale, then you're out of luck.

This is correct. I have also seen where users get their paypal accounts closed when opening a dispute that has to do with bitcoin. You could open a scam accusation against the user so that DT members can tag his account appropriately

I got negative balance on paypal someone after 2 weeks open a dispute. It was virtual goods any way to win dispute?
