Note : This method can ONLY work when verifying new paypal account. Pls, refer to my other thread's for guide on how to verify old paypal with avs/vcc.

Bitcseo - is one among many other enterpreneur who depend on payment gateway like paypal & auction site(s) like ebay in order to make a living online. As you may have notice from some of my previous thread/comment,when i was search for working avs/vcc. It took me about 2 week's to fix this problem because i notice paypal is now blocking most AVS/VCC.When attemting to verify your paypal account with the aid of most prepaid card you could see the error msg "address on account does not match current card"
Majority of those who had purchased these prepaid card from a specific source could get mad with the seller instead of thinking outside the box. So, the problem has nothing to do with the seller because most of them are not aware that their card has been blocked.
Here i'm offering to sell working/functioning AVS/VCC to you and as a bonus i will also reveal how to use most of these prepaid card. chances are that most of the blocked VCC/AVS can still work when applying my tweak/tip's.
Thanks and sorry if, you are victims of the issue above. I know it hurt to know that your account has been blocked when you have buying knocking on your door to send payment info's via email or whatsoever, platform you are using for sell product(s)/service(s).
