So I have a few fresh bank accounts, and would like to start a cash out service for accounts that are eligible (i.e. not limited or 180 days after limitation). I will give you bank details to add and withdraw to from your PayPal, which we can do over Skype, I am not requiring your login details. I will do any with $500 or up balance.
It should be verified and a strong account with email access and phone verified, I am not liable if PayPal does not allow the withdrawal for some unforeseen reason. I have USA bank accounts only, and which can also be attached to some other country PayPals I believe.
After the transfer hits my account, I will pay you through BTC or bank transfer. Ask me for other payment methods if you would like.
