1) Withdraw your PayPal funds on your credit card.
2) Buy Stealth (XST) with your credit card on www.stealthpay.com
3) Sell XST for BTC on Bittrex or Cryptopia.

Charging back like that isn't easy, especially if all the proof you have are conversations about wanting to buy bitcoin with it. Don't fall for the tactic where they get you to send first just because you have the PayPal - always escrow. No fees and a layer of protection.
I accept paypal as good/service, so you can chargeback if i will cheated with you. All other person ask you to pay them f&f becz they want to cheat you. I am trusted that's why i am asking for good/service.
