some people think that bitcoin is more valuable from paypal USD, then they will ask for fee.
i think if you want to make some USD with less fee, you can meet with local people from your local country then sell it with meet up.

hope it will help you

You can also ask sardasa for some inputs about trading Bitcoin to Paypal or vise versa this is his thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/shop-closed-1268477

If you are not familiar with dealing with Paypal I would rather stay away dealing with Paypal for Bitcoin and let the older guys handle those kinds of thread. Paypal chargeback is what scares the other traders here.

I see many sellers around selling it for the preev.com rate +11%.

Here's zazarb a famous one for doing this.  Check his thread maybe you'll learn something.

I am toying with an idea of selling Bitcoins for Paypal through a work-around, and I seek some inputs on what would be fair to charge on exchange fees.

Kindly note, that I am very aware of all the "Paypal is risky" and stuff and everything that comes with it (especially when it comes to Bitcoins), so I have no need of comments related sole to this subject. I have my own methods and ideas for a work-around which are mine to concern, including any risk(s) that comes with it.

So, just 1 simple question:

If I would like to sell Bitcoins for Paypal, what you guys think is fair and/or acceptable to charge as fee?
A little elaboration on your answer would be appreciated as well.
