It's hard for the other members to trust you with this PayPal to crypto trade because transactions in PP are reversible. AFAIK, PayPal has supported already Bitcoin and some other cryptos, so why not just its platform for you to have those crypto and have it withdrawn to your own wallet? You save others from having the thought of being in potential trouble and as well as yourself.

Yes, there a lot of higher ranked member who accept Paypal to Bitcoin form of trading but I have notice that they mostly don't do the trading with newbie due to the risk involved?
If it was a higher ranked, or reputable  member that provide this offer it is different but this is coming from newbie whose account was create in 2023, make 3 posts, left the forum for years and now come back to offer Bitcoin to Paypal trading.
Only a member that want to dig his/her grave will agree to this trading.
See it for yourself. Some users in currency exchange will trade to anyone as long as you accept on their terms (rates) regardless your rank is. Check the threads below where the OP is regularly buying PP, some deals are with newbies based on his trust feedback. So again, you're wrong.

Yes but if we look into the reverse back payment method of Paypal, I bet no escrow service provider will want to take the risk since the OP is not a trusted member of this forum.
The best option the OP had is either use the exchange in the subject, use the crypto exchange that supports KYC when using Paypal, or use another payment method if he/she doesn't want to go through KYC.
There are lots of higher rank users on currency exchange who accept such offers so escrow is not needed, and most terms should only be sent to "family and friends" to avoid the reverse back features. The reverse options on Paypal only work if sent as "Goods and Services," mostly used by users to any eligible merchant seller accounts.

Hello
How can i transfer from paypal to cryptocurrency , fast and safe , But not kyc
is there any place ?
i find bitvalve , but their fee was very high , for example $100 convert $70
Is there any other place ?
There are some p2p trading websites offering paypal to bitcoin trading and vice versa, and you can use them depending on your location and IP address.
On top of my head I can remember Localcoinswap.com doesn not have any KYC, and Noones.com can also be used without KYC with some limitations.
I don't remember if Robosats supports Paypal but you can check that also.

It is better for you in this case to make use of the currency exchange service, there are lots of reputable members there who could engage you for a buy, since your the buyer, but the only issue they may have with you is about trust, you may have to get a reputable person to help you serves as escrow, except that you already got established here and was being trusted, also in case you find anyone to use, you may negotiate for a lower and affordable rate for doing that for you.

The only safe and sure way to buy cryto using paypal is to find a trusted seller.
Everything else is prone to scam, and most likely will result is scam.

Get a person that you know and trust sell you the crypto

thank you , i checked this place https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
but is there any place for protect escrow ?
Just make a deal to higher rank members with lots of trade history by checking their trust history to check that the user you are dealing is trustworthy. Since you are a newbie, you will be requested to send the money first before the other party sends the exchanged funds. Again, just ask the user or ask for vouch for the user if you are in doubt.

Must you use PayPal? You can actually buy or sell Crypto-currency from an exchange and you can use a bank account to me this is more safer and even easier than using PayPal.
There two types of exchanges, the decentralized exchange and the centralized exchange. The decentralized exchange offers you a better protection of your identity so you can anonymously carry out your transactions here. But make sure you do your own research.

I'm not that familiar with PayPal however my best guess is since they deal mainly on fiat, even if they have a crypto currency kind of exchange section or portal there is actually a high chance their fees would be unfavourable or their rates would be very bad or worse both. I would have suggested you make use of an exchange but the problem is most exchanges that allow you to deposit fiat directly and then later convert to crypto are usually CEX and they will definitely require KYC.

I believe you should go with the suggestion of other members on the thread. Exchanging those fiat would have been more easier if you were a ranked member here and best if you are a trusted on. Nevertheless good luck on your purchase.

but is there any place for protect escrow ?

An escrow is useful when you cannot decide who will go first... but it doesn't really protect the other party in this case. PayPal is a reversible payment method, how would an escrow help prevent a chargeback for example?

Yes, some members of the forum have a long history escrowing so you should be safe going with any of them.

You can take a look at the table in this thread, and contact any of them (if still active). In addition, I also recommend the user GazetaBitcoin; although he's not in the table, he offers such services and he's a trustworthy person.

PayPal is definitely not the best way to trade crypto. Not even the biggest P2P platforms support it.

I would've suggested the currency exchange board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

But it's going to be a bit difficult especially since you're the one buying. The members will have difficult time trusting a newly created account who wants to trade using a reversible payment method.

Alternatively, maybe you can check these exchanges here: https://www.bestchange.com/paypal-usd-to-bitcoin.html

I have not used any of them, so please do your own research first.

It does say "may require ID verification" though so you should look into that. And the rates seem to be a bit high too.
