I'm wondering if this is just a misinterpretation but this sounds pretty sketch. I wonder if Paypal has yet commented about this?
I can't see how they could own content that you sell when they are simply a payment processes. They definitely need to review this and modify this section of the policies though.

What do you think? There has to be a catch to this, there's no way that they could actually slip this by.
