PayPal "Unlocking" Service
Have you made PayPal alt accounts to avoid chargebacks and got screwed over by by Quick Security Check LOCK? Used a burner one time verification phone number or phone number has been released? Is PayPal asking for Photo ID and SSN to unlock your PayPal? What if I told you I found a bypass without the need of all that? I've searched everywhere and somehow accidentally found a bypass when google couldn't help me! Sounds to good to be true but what do you have to risk? Force a Quick Security Check on a new PayPal with 1 cent balance and I will prove it if necessary.
What I can and cannot do
I can transfer money out, and believe receive money with a Quick Security Check locked bypass.
I can add address, phone numbers but can't delete, make it primary, or confirm.
I can't add debit cards, bank accounts, or change any information.
