You have no idea about Paypal verification, do you ?
When you add a card on Paypal for verification they make a small charge for which they add a 4 digits code that will appear on the statement for that transaction. They ask you for that 4 digits code to verify you own the card.
Next time, know what you're saying, don't embarrass yourself in public.
As for vouchers, NO, I already sold to other members and delivered the codes, they have left their feedback about it on my trust.
