The card has a €2500 yearly limit. Paypal accounts verified with only a Credit Card or bank account also have a €2500 yearly limit.

You just create one Paypal account yourself and verify it using the credit card number, not the IBAN.
Remember: the Paypal account, just like the card, will have a €2500 yearly limit, but it will be Verified, and as long as you don't go over that limit they will not ask for more dox from you.
