If it is right then they have to take their responsibility for crediting the fund. I think they faced problem on their server or they deleted account knowingly to scam with the bounty hunters. If they do not want to scam then they have to take responsibility of their bounty hunters token. Also, if it happens only for you or with few participant then it might be another case.

The hosting companies always have a backup, sometimes the backup is for 2 weeks to one month, it's impossible to give that kind of reasoning if there are error in the server then they can change their host and the new host will just transfer everything to a better server, whatever the reason why there is a problem in the server they should find a way to pay their bounty hunters.
If the admin of the site does not delete their file then all the file will have on the hostings until the delete files from their hosting or remove the domain from the hosting or expires the date of expiration of the hosting or expiration of the registration of the domain. So, I think they have all the data as they are active.

This can be also counted as a proof:

Once admin in telegram bounty group said that rewards will be distributed to Payaccept dashboard. If I'm not mistaken, since April dashboard page showed "500 SERVER ERROR" message. Now it works, but I cant login into my account. I got "Whoops! Something went wrong. These credentials do not match our records." message, and when I try to recover my password I get "500 SERVER ERROR" message again.

Just another reason to delay the payments but don't believe on such reasoning since if they will pay they will do it on if not right away in a month but promising that long well make you think that maybe they will dump first before their bounty hunters so you need to be careful.

If they didn'nt follow what they promise better for bounty hunter to do a mass reporting on their telegram channel so that their will be a scam tag attached and they cannot attract more investors on their project.
It's right that you created this accusation and your accusation is valid because delayed payment without a valid reason can be considered a scam, this will warn them and their potential investors that they are not trustworthy and they have no intention to run their project in a long term, a good project will always keep their reputation high, and this is a serious allegation.

I suggest you post this in proper scam accusations format.

Code:

[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]

it would also be good to gather all the information, profile links, especially about the people involved in the whole process. Bounty manager, owners, CEO... we can not conclude much from several screenshots with useless Telegram discussion.

why did you wait so long? I find that bounty manager (over Btctalk) bitcoinmuseum Last edited bounty thread on 04.September. and there is a big warning about Payaccept CEO refused to pay airdrop and bounty rewards.
Why are you waiting for almost 10 months to open scam accusations until now?
We waited because CEO told us that the bounty manager was asking for more than them. And we didn't pay him much, so he's making such allegations. He promised that I would give you all your payments years before the end. After that, whoever asked about payment would got blocked from bounty group and official group and when anyone messaged CEO personaly he would also block that person. But after a while in February - March he gave spreadsheet as it was little hope. But it was also our fault to expect anything from them. They made that spreadsheet just for appearances. It was a pleasure to give people one more hope before they started making protest. And yeah i welcome your suggestion and would add these details in this topic. Thanks for suggesting me.

Payaccept is a vicious circle of problems for bounty hunters and airdrop participants.

They had refused directly to give anything to those airdrop participants. He said that the list remained with the last bounty manager. Bounty manager gave them a spreadsheet of bounty but why didn't they gave  airdrop spreadsheet to them? They have a lot of fault lines that they can never cover or hide. Those people have lied a lot of times and misled other people. When their work is completed, the payment of all the people has been ignored after taking all the promotions from bounty participants.

First of all, he got a full promotion for his project, then he would avoid or write soon when asked for payment. Then he pretended that the sheet had to be remade. He then promised to distribute before the end of the year. Then they muted group and said that at the time of distribution they will open the group. Next he gave the time of February for distribution. Then he promised in the first week of the may month, and when the bounty manager thought CEO was not a trustworthy person at all then BM also went offline. When asked in group they blocked everyone who is questioning about payment and if we send personal mesage to CEO directly then either they does not reply or block you. It's a huge scam for the last 1 years. Proofs added below.
