"Please be informed that your bitcoin withdrawal transaction with reference number "-" shows reversed back to your Payza account as we were unable to proceed your withdrawal due to technical issue. I would request you to initiate the transaction again. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Thanks for your email and I hope you have a great day!

Everyone please stay away from that Indian site...

 Shocked

I thought they were from the United Kingdom.
-snip-

Not Payza, Payza is in the UK and is a legitimate and regulated Payment processor regardless of the issues here,

TunerDude007 is replying to stoner's post:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.17049178

@stoner is indirectly promoting https://btcindia.org which is the indian site under discussion.

Anyhow I still like Payza, used it form years and even though they had their downfalls they are much more competent than PayPal for example imo, and more merchant-friendly too.

understand. this leaves me more relaxed, I use payza for years and my bank account is linked to the payza.

Wait more time and after some time you can tell them that you will report that to police so they will be warned. If I am in your place and they scammed me for big money I would call police if I live in same country like Payza registered office and then I would find a expensive lawyer and send payza to judge and then ask for my money and penalty for wasting my time and money in their site. That I prefer only If you have money for waste on lawyer not reccomended for everybody because you can become more poor and they can only destroy you because everything is corrupted in world today and it will need big amount of time to decrease corruption.

a quick search online indicates they are scams...

I hope they do not become scam, I need their services.

Also I have chosen to stay away from Payza simply due to the fact that many Hyip sites manage to somehow successfully use Payza as a payment form, shows me their security measures are very lax.

On ebay there are many scammers, but even so we will not accuse paypal

Many hyip sites use advcash and not for this we will accuse advcash.

Payza needs to solve the problems that are in this thread

Hello all,

I'm Lucas, from Payza. Our Bitcoin team is aware that there are multiple transaction that are not being confirmed within the Blockchain at the
moment, while some others are simply not being registered at all. Let me reassure everyone: your funds are safe. We're currently assessing the
situation and trying to find a fix. In the very near future, our team will reverse every Bitcoin transaction that did not go through and your funds
will be back in your Payza account, so you'll be able to initiate a new Bitcoin withdrawal if you so desire. From there, we'll work on permanently
eliminating the source of this problem. If you have any questions, I'll be here to answer them.

- Lucas

Finally an official answer.

Thank you, money returned to my payza account.

I did not get a refund.
I received an answer in 48 hours facebook

We're currently responding to questions in this thread! In addition, our Bitcoin team is currently working to resolve all problems.

Payza has acknowledged the problem, more or less, but they still haven't paid me or provided a solution.

I had similar problems with Payza a while ago.

I am a trader (i used to buy low and sell high on indian exchanges such as BTC Trade India) and in order for my work to be successful, my trades must be completed fast.

I mostly trade bigger quantities (10-15 btc) and payza delayed one of my trades and dragged me for 3 weeks, i lost some money due to that delay.

Everyone please stay away from that Indian site, a quick search online indicates they are scams. In fact, searching even this site one can clearly see "stoner" has a special interest in promoting this site for whatever reason as he is doing the same in other posts.

Also I have chosen to stay away from Payza simply due to the fact that many Hyip sites manage to somehow successfully use Payza as a payment form, shows me their security measures are very lax. Also I think Payza needs to look internally with what is going on here, seems as though an employee(s) may be initiating double spends. Contrary to popular belief double spends can be done, somewhat easily as well.

Glad this one got solved and payza explained it, I been a long-term user of Payza from their previous brand name and it's always a great payment processor.. Can't wait for them to even evolve more "they are already offering bitcoins so they are doing it"

I have same situation. My bitcoin withdrawal completed 18 January 2017. I didn't received email with confirmation, so i didn't knew about it. On day 5 after requesting withdrawal i entered in my Payza account and saw that transaction completed 20 hours ago. But I have not received bitcoins on my wallet. The wallet is empty and no mention of this transaction in it.

I got in touch with the service of the support, but they have standard answers - that they handed my data to concern department.
I thought it was a small mistake and they will fix it quickly, but after reading this topic - now I'm very worried.

It seems that these website that are payment collectors for your btc have not refined their systems when they started to accept btc.
I wouldn't send amounts that large $3000 or $98. Those are too big of amounts to lose.
Test their system with small amounts to see if they do deliver.
Or break it down into separate payments then see if they deliver your money.

bitcoin withdrawal system is awful and prehistoric, it take 5 days to 1 week to deliver bitcoins, for payza it's not 2017.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply, yes and pm too, I am trying all available channels.

I think it's terrible that at this point they continue to have problems with this, a lot of users affected by what I see, it take days withdraw bitcoin and is a pain and should be enough for another issue.

I will let you know to all of you what is going on guys.

Greetings

I tried to take a look at their live chat support but they have a notice:

IMPORTANT: If you are following up about verification documents that you have recently submitted, please note that we have experienced a significant increase in verification requests volumes and are putting forth every effort to clear the backlog. Our support team cannot verify documents, complete transactions or expedite cases on chat. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It's probably not gonna help but it'd still be better to at least get some "official" reply.
Have you tried their Facebook and Twitter pages as well? It seems they're more active there.

Anyway, this is why I try to avoid using services such as these as when there's trouble, we always end up at the mercy of their support. It's like, we gotta be grateful when we do get a reply. Imagine waiting for days, if not weeks just to get a reply to your msgs.

Have you tried contacting them via their "new Direct Messaging system"?
You'd probably get a faster reply that way. Else you could directly send a PM to Payza.

Seems they're still having problems with their "system" (or like CryptoDatabase has said, skimping on fees or double spending).
Anyway, you'll probably get your money back sooner or later, just keep on contacting them via all available channels to get a proper response.

Hi all, as mentioned in this thread, we had some BTC confirmation issues that affected a small number of Bitcoin withdrawals. Our team is aware of the issue and believe it has been fixed. If your BTC did not arrive already, you should receive it shortly.

If you are still having issues, please log in to your account and contact our Customer Support Team using our new Direct Messaging Customer Support Module, described in this blog post: https://blog.payza.com/payza-updates/announcements/customer-service-payza-account/

Also, I'd appreciate it if OP could edit this post to note that this is not a "scam," simply a technically issue that has been resolved. Thank you.

Hi again, just wanted to update everyone on this situation. We have instituted another fix for this issue since the Bitcoin withdrawals for some members still showed as "Completed" even though the Bitcoin transfer was unconfirmed and the bitcoins were returned to Payza. We have sent emails to affected members with more information.

If you are still having issues, or if you need further assistance, please log in to your Payza account and send our support team a message using the new Direct Messaging system and we will be happy to help you further.

You skimp on paying the fee or try to send the same coins to two different places at once then it won't get confirmed, this is not a bug and cannot be fixed as it is not broken. Learning how BTC works is a must if you plan on using it as a currency.

How is it possible that someone can delay your trades? #daretoask  Huh

I Have the same problem my transaction completed but i didn't receive any thing and the only reply i got from support is from Arun saying

Quote
My name is Arun, and let me start by thanking you for contacting us.
I have reported your transaction to our Banking Operations Team who is diligently working in order to locate your funds as soon as possible.

We apologize for the current circumstances and appreciate your patience during this process.

Thanks again for contacting us. If you have any other questions in the future, myself or one of my colleagues will be more than happy to help.

No new responses from Payza, now they are just ignoring the issue.

Message them and tell them if they don't resolve this issue within a reasonable time that you will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the US as they have a regional office here and can be held liable even though they are not a US company. I'm sure the IRS would love to hear about this as well.

I have had to contact them on TWITTER just to get a response, which is absolutely absurd.  Hopefully I don't have to take it as far as you are suggesting, but thanks for the suggestion.

I really don't understand Payza, they have become a good service (in terms of capabilities) but they still hire stupid support staff and are extremely slow, lazy and careless with all of their services.

I would take it that far and further. They need to be made to understand they cannot just take someones money and sell them something and not give what was supposed to be given.

If you do something without consequence then you will continue doing it until there is consequences.

The incompetence of Payza gets worse, I have an "Arun" from Payza telling me that the transaction was sent.  He simply found another transaction from my account (that was successfully sent) and told me that one was sent successfully, while completely ignoring the other transaction which was never sent.

As I said I have had many Payza withdrawals, and while it's always a hassle, this is the first time that they have lost/cancelled a bitcoin transaction and will not credit it back to my account.  All other withdrawals have gone through, either immediately or after a long delay.  This time, the transaction hasn't gone through and they just keep claiming it has.

However, I'm not asking about this transaction with "Arun" he asks me for the reference number and I quote:

Thank you.

My issue has not been resolved at all.  The money has not been sent to the bitcoin address I was sending it to (3000$ worth of bitcoin) nor has it been redeposited into my payza account.  Payza support tells me that there's basically nothing they can do (see my last post)  Please get your stuff together and sort this out.

I have contacted Payza support many times and even though it is clear that the transaction was cancelled as stated by Blockchain:

Quote

Jade (Blockchain)
Nov 25, 11:57 EST

This transaction was rejected by the bitcoin network. bitcoin. This is because when a transaction is rejected by the bitcoin network it is as though the transaction was never created, so the intended outgoing funds will have never left the sending bitcoin address. Like all wallet providers, Blockchain.info has absolutely no control over the confirmation process.

-----
Jade | Blockchain.info Support

However Payza support insists:

Quote
Your transaction is not lost, still unconfirmed.
As I mentioned previously, there's no way for us to cancel this transaction as it has left our system.
All I can advise you to do is contact your bitcoin wallet.
Let me know what they say.
Regards,

This is ridiculous because the transaction is not unconfirmed, it's cancelled, doesn't even exist anymore, yet they want me to contact my 'bitcoin wallet' (Cryptopay) which has no control over the transaction because it is cancelled and doesn't exist.

Thanks for the link. Everyone should read before considering Payza.

I'm very shocked by what I read. I have my bank account linked to payza. I use payza for years and exchange money using payza. I have payza account checked without counting that I told my friends to use payza. I hope that definitely what I read in this article  http://blog.instantscamalert.com/2015/07/payza-scam.html Is just a big misunderstanding.

The same thing has happened to me, this is the first time, all my other transactions with Payza have gone through, now this transaction has disappeared?

https://blockchain.info/tx/b38798afaebef734bdd4970d45bcfae26d0b6a0677504578c48bcb10880730c8

This used to be the transaction, now it's not found.

You had the same problem and there are a lot of people who are complaining about payza. This is a bad sign. I'll tell my friend not to transfer money to payza. At least until this story gets cleared up.

I would be very surprised if you take a blogspot article very serious, as i said earlier, i think they are having some issues with their bitcoin department or something like that

Are you sure that your transaction also had a double spend? the transaction normally disappears when the fee is too low and the transacton is stuck in waiting until the network finally rejects the transaction. You should send their support an email about you problem if you haven't already

I am constantly contacting their support.  I don't mean that the same thing happened to me with a double spend, I just mean the same thing happened to me in that Payza was supposed to send me bitcoin and it is caught in limbo and now disappeared.

This is the last response I got from them:

"Unfortunately this transaction is no longer in our system, so we would not be able to cancel it.
I believe this is a general issue with the blockchain, as you are not the only merchant experiencing this at the moment.
Hopefully this will be completed soon!
Cheers,"

They have not yet acknowledged that the transaction has disappeared and is back in their bitcoin wallet, I'm waiting to see if they respond today, sometimes it takes them a long while to respond.
Respond and tell them that the transaction got rejected by the blockchain, send them the txid to show them that it's empty. For some reason, i dont think their support staff has alot of experience with bitcoion

You need to contact their live support or email them the problem. They have a support representative on this forum Payza and he is quite active here. He may be able to solve your problem in time.

I have the exact same problem. Their support appears to be washing their hands of it and simply told me the transaction completed on their end so nothing can be done. I am pressing them as I had a terrible experience getting my account verified in the first place.

Long story short, they wouldn't allow me to withdraw my money, wouldn't accept several forms of UK verification then eventually allowed my withdrawal only for it to end up in blockchain limbo. This totally stinks of scam and I won't be using Payza in future and would advise others to stay well away.

If I get anywhere with them (which I doubt) I will post here to let you know.

If it is considered double spent then the transaction is lost.
This happened to me once as it was unconfirmed.
I lost very little so I did not care about it.
