I agree, this is a case of ignorance not one of fraud. I have seen these moonbats before, he is not the only one unfortunately.

Understood. I'll keep him on my red list, but I don't see why DT members need to as well. I originally thought he was trying to sell the method, which is why I reported the thread. Oh well, I wish him luck with his endeavour. I'll lock the thread now.

I don't know if this deserves a red-tag.  Obviously PBJ is confused, but the method is being offered for free, so it doesn't seem like there is an intent to scam.  If PBJ was attempting to sell the method that would be a different story.
