Fail to plan, and you plan to fail.
How do I get this PCI-Express-PCI-E-4X-Female-to-NGFF-M-2-M-Key-Male-Adapter-Converter-Card-Cable www.ebay.com/itm/151681945774?ul_noapp=true to work?

I have tried this on the following MB: MSI Z97 Guard Pro and MSI Z270-SLI Pro. using RX 480 and Nvidia 1070 on Windows 10 64Bit.

The Z270 can get 8 AMD cards to work using PCI-E Switch. So 4GB is on. But the GPU that is connected to the M.2 to PCI-E Adapter is not detected by windows.

Unfortunately Nvidia cards do not work with PCIe Splitters like 1x3 or 1x4. They work only with AMD cards.
