Mostly time of day for support reasons, want to make sure I have support on when it's needed.

wow, that's a blast from the past.  that's the address to get the pc speaker to beep on apple ii right?

Nope, it's a time related address on the C64. To get sound working on the Apple II, you had to POKE a machine language subroutine into memory and then CALL it.

Does anyone know how/where I could find the peek times for bitcoin transactions? Thanks

with a tool like armory (see the extras folder) the blockchain data can be pulled to compute that.  are you asking for peak hour of the day, or peak day of the week, or some other metric?
