Thanks for your comments, merry christmas and happy (coming) new year
Has anyone used this service and if possible report back their experience?
You can check our old thread at
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15563943You can also check our Twitter, not any bad reviews around since early 2016. However we will further explore ways to improve confidence in the service in the near future. Any suggestions more than welcome.
That is great idea to buy bitcoin on your site without any registration but the online payment systems are limited. Is that possible for you people to add some more payment processors?
By the way I checked the site it is a little complicated (i tried bank system) but will learn after a few tries.
Yes, we will definitely we adding new payment processors soon. We are always working to grow our supported trading services. Expect to see them growing during next weeks as we will be taking to production some good improvements in that area. Moreover, please feel free to tell us about the ones you would love to see implemented. Will try also to set up a feature-suggestion link in our webapp to be able to get feedback easier.
How would this be worldwide? Imagine exchanging from a country like the Philippines? How would you go on exchanging cash for Bitcoin from there?
In fact we do have some usual customers from Philippines
you just need to choose your country. We will be adding more methods for Philippines soon such as ATM-Pick up money among others.
Where the price based on?
So the proccess transaction is through instacash app?
And 5% security deposit sounds like service fees?
There are contact page you can check about their company
https://www.peer2.cash/static/about i think OP you should add more information about your company profile, like who is the team and google map embedded.
:
The price is based on different markets that we trade in the name of our customers, and yes, the transaction is processed through us, we try to make very easy to trade on dozens of markets, at the minimum cost, keeping a high privacy.
The 5% fee is a security deposit which is returned after trade is closed. That is to avoid spam BUY orders. We will open a trade with our trusted partners in your name, so we need to be pretty sure that amount will be paid and a 5% deposit is a way to guarantee that. And yes, we still have to improve the user experience to make it much more clear and easy
You can find some more useful information on
https://www.peer2.cash/static/faq hopefully that will solve some of your questions.
One of the reasons for not sharing so many information is for security of the operations. The company is legally registered and all related services too. However as we are a service that cares about privacy, we also do care about our privacy too. We aim to provide an outstanding service while keeping everyones' privacy protected.
Thanks for your comments. Will be waiting your feedback
