I will never understand why people don't use their brain, if something sounds too good to be truth why they think it is true? Why do they think that everyone is stupid and they are smart? They obviously think that money grows on trees.

Oh there were so many books about that. Many people, well-educated, even not poor go into such investments. I will never forget the tears of my friend 20+ years ago when he lost all his savings (about 2k) in such "investment company". I think the reason is simple - money must come easy (reliable amount of them) and it is true that money must come easy. Law of Nature or something. And thefts are simply imitating this law in the pyramidal scheme.

Told them that what are they trying to join can be full of scam, warn them to be aware of upcoming ICO like this
told them that in cryptocurrency world ICO like this, only 15-25% is trusted, while another steal your money into nothing

I have heard that there has been a great fraud in Bolivia, I do not know if that is the case you are talking about. Unfortunately this is happening more and more frequently, which can undermine credibility in bitcoin and cryptoeconomics in general. That is why the wise advice of "Only investing the money we can afford to lose" will always be useful.

Have anybody heard of RegalCoin or HextraCoin recently? People in my country, especially young people, is flocking into putting money in these ponzi project. Feel sorry for them  Undecided. What's your thoughts?
They are interested to earn fast money through fool another person. As you can see how the biggest ponzi in this time try to gain the more and more victim to throw their money into the whole of the ponzi scheme. They are all just too lazy to get another better source.
So many ponzi coin in these days. This was so bad. Bitconnect will be shutdown by UK.

I registered with Hextracoin and invested $110 and made $22 in 5 days.

Well if the OP is right and this project realy use a ponzi scheme then now you should know where your 22$ came from. Also concidering the past issues this is not that big profir for this period.
Noet: These ICO's are not sustainable in the long run. I am only in for the short term gains. Only invest what you could afford to lose.

Most of the scam projects do some payouts and then scaming people. It doesnt make the project more trustworthy.

Regal coin is very famous in here, and most on those facebook groups in where all those newbies are talking about projects, and about some other icos. They are saying that investing in one of those ponzies will make they all millionaires, and they will stop using their old Fiat to switch to a new Lambo.
It is insane, i dont know why i am still following all those kind of groups in where they all are talking trash about cryptocurrencies, because they are just sick for money and that is why they are going to invest in regalcoin.

I have never heard of regalcoin or hextracoin but that is just sad. People are very easily to fool when they desperately need money and they fall to any kind of fake promises and scams.

Almost every single ICO is a ponzi scheme. There are very very few coins that have legitimacy to them. Now, which ponzi to invest in? The ones that are the most un-corrupted.

The reason is, these ICO's are generating millions in funds, for developers who are copying and pasting code and adding 1-2 new features, or marketing this coin in X or Y direction. It's all an illusion, and it's all bullshit.

The best thing i can tell you is that just because a coin is a scamcoin, doesn't make it not profitable.

Hextra is a pretty clear and obvious Ponzi and really anyone investing should either be doing so knowing the risks and just hoping to be fortunate and the scheme not go bust before they get their money out, or they are just really silly.

I think it's sad that what could have the potential to transform funding for legitimate businesses is being abused and used by con-artists. The truth is this is hurting the industry, and it is hurting investors as well. Yes you can make quick cash if you get lucky and you are not burned first but that is not sustainable. Would you not rather invest in the next company that could be the Amazon or Tesla of the cryptoworld?

Totally agree, ICO has got a bad name because of some cons that want to make easy money. As a result the entire community suffers with Governments banning ICOs and increasing scrutiny. This also hurts the truly legit businesses/start-ups that really want to do good work.

Haven't heard of those but have heard of ETHD and all the coins staring with E- haha.. maybe not all.. There are so many many of these ponzi schemes running their MLM campaigns that its a shame. As a general rule I do not sign up for any MLM (read network marketing) type schemes , because these are pyramid structures where many lose and few gain. I'd rather be away.

Never heard of them, but RegalCoin seems legit. The issue is that there is nothing special with RegalCoin, therefore I don't see how it can't last in the long run.
Regarding HextraCoin, you are right, it is totally bullshit. After glimpsing through their whitepaper, it is by far one of the worst whitepaper I've ever seen, hahaha they should called it fortune-telling paper instead, their endeavor of reaching target price 150$ is comical. Also, at least 99% of their fb followers are probably fake. No need to dig deeper here. Cheesy
