The phone was probably set up in a manner that allows it share certain of your private information with your family, parents or guardians. And that is ok if you are still under their care/guidance and if they won't abuse that power. Such feature is suppose to help parents know their kids aren't doing anything wrong on the internet or with their phone. A family could also use the feature to keep an eye on each other's online activities and make sure no one is doing anything bad. It may only be considered spying if they are doing it without your consent while you are already full grown adult who's capable of taking responsibilities or making right choices without constant parental guidance. If you are still under the care of parents who are responsible then there is no need to hide much of your private life(especially those that can put you in trouble) from them, but if you wish to do so make sure what you do behind their back will be revealed when they request for them. And It's always better to inform them about what you want to do and have them guide you if it feels risky or dangerous. Besides, family members are not supposed to hide things from each other unless they don't consider themselves trustworthy enough to share private things amongst themselves and not abuse or use them wrongly.

Not sure I will recommend anything yet unless you are no longer under their care and won't abuse what I recommend.
*If you're sure this isn't a mistake, like your parents and your phone sharing thesame email then you probably need to let it be.

If the image dont load, Is there a way I can just not use my phone number at all while texting people, just so I know for sure that my parents cant just spy on me or anything similar to this
