It's nice to see at least one website on Freelance business related to bitcoin because there isn't, at least nothing serious or known or used by a lot of people. Very good design to be honest I really like it and like the idea as well

We're currently trying to sort out a Signature campaign on BitcoinTalk and will release the details soon.
We've been advertising via Twitter Ads, and several Bitcoin related websites. However advertising via Adwords and Bing Ads etc will not be very cost effective at the minute. We hope to in the near future.
If you would like to personally support us then please do so by following us/retweeting on twitter, by writing on your blog or just telling people about us.
The website is currently funded by advertising on our site and faucet so more visitors to both the better.

We've had a HUGE response from people registering on the site as both Freelancers and Employers, but yet we think people are still unsure of using the websites full potential.

Hi, I suppose if you compare us to people per hour then yes the idea is fairly similar in the way the website works. We are a Freelance based site where Employers post jobs and freelancers send their proposals for that particular job.
However we are cheaper to use and are aiming ourselves at the up and coming Crypto market.
Currently you can set a budget for your project using Bitcoin, Litecoin & Dogecoin, more altcoins will be added in the near future. However you can also set a budget with Pound Sterling, US Dollars and Euros if you wish to do so.
All payments that employers send to freelancers are held in Escrow until the work is done and both parties are happy. Then the funds are released to the Freelancer. See how the site works here.
We are a new startup and it's still early days. Improvements are happening all the time.
Very soon we will be offering paid for test sessions to active bloggers and reviewers, in the hope to gain more coverage.
