Edit this thread , appealing to Badbear to have a look at your account and give you another chance if possible and you won't spam. He might consider it Else if you plan to buy another account , i recommend you not to use Same IP address else you will be banned again.

Being ban is some kind of punishment. With that punishment, hope that he/she will improve his post quality so he/she will not do same thing on the past
Surprised I see a hero member telling someone how to try and avoid a ban? Why would you do that exactly! The thing is I trust the admins decision so if he says this guy is permanently banned for whatever reason then that someone is not someone that should be on the forum 'period'. Also the Bear is not stupid so whatever he banned the OP for to begin with will likely be banned again. There is more ways he can catch evaders than IP as well won't say no more.
